AI agents, chatbots & receptionists
Chat and voice agents that answer, qualify and book from your own knowledge, an AI receptionist that never misses a call, and a clean hand-over when a human is needed.
AI automation studio · Montreal
I'm Bilel, and DynamisFlow is my solo automation studio in Montreal. I build n8n workflows and Claude / OpenAI agents that lift repetitive work off your team, so people can do the work only people can.
In Greek myth, Hercules (Heracles) faced twelve impossible labours. The first was the Nemean lion, a beast whose hide no weapon could pierce. He beat it with his bare hands.
DynamisFlow takes its name from dynamis, Greek for power. Busywork is the modern labour, and I take it on so your team doesn't have to.
What I build
Chat and voice agents that answer, qualify and book from your own knowledge, an AI receptionist that never misses a call, and a clean hand-over when a human is needed.
Lead enrichment and qualification, personalised outreach, and reply classification that routes each answer to the right place.
Sequences, ads and articles generated in volume, plus dynamic ad creative built straight from your data feeds.
Reservation and booking systems with the alerts that keep everyone informed, in Telegram, Slack, email or wherever your team already works.
Onboarding, invoicing and email handling, with reporting dashboards and internal operations automated end to end.
CRM setups and integrations, API and webhook workflows that survive real-world edge cases, and full-stack web work (Next.js, Supabase) when a project calls for it.
Need something that isn't on this list? If it's new to me, I'll say so up front and learn the tool properly rather than turn the work down or bluff.
The tangle
Busywork behaves like the Hydra. Chase one task and its follow-ups, hand-offs and re-entries sprout in its place. I don't swat heads one by one — I fix the system that grows them.
Capabilities
The same building blocks, assembled around how your business actually runs.
Chatbots, voice agents and AI receptionists that pick up, qualify and book around the clock, working from your own knowledge.
PDFs, Word files, emails, forms, transcripts and web pages turned into clean, structured data your tools can use.
Classify, score and route leads, replies and requests by rules you set, and hand over to a person when it is unsure.
Outreach sequences, ads, articles and reports drafted in volume, in your voice, ready for a human to approve.
CRM, calendar, email, spreadsheets, payments and internal systems kept in agreement through APIs and webhooks.
Dashboards, alerts and summaries delivered where your team already looks, so nothing needs chasing.
When you need more than a workflow: websites, booking platforms and admin dashboards built with Next.js and Supabase.
How it works
I map where your team's time actually goes and pick the workflows where automation pays back fastest.
I design, build and test the automation on your real data, and you review it before anything goes live.
I monitor, fix and improve it over time, so it keeps working as your business and your tools change.
Approach
AI goes where it earns its place, with n8n handling the plumbing so the result is reliable and always on.
I connect to the software you already pay for, from Gmail, Slack and Trello to Sheets, Airtable and your CRM, instead of asking you to rebuild around mine.
Automations act inside clear limits and escalate when they are unsure. You decide where the line sits.
If something is new to me, you'll hear it up front, and I'll learn it properly before it touches your business.
Who's behind it
DynamisFlow is run by me, Bilel, from Montreal. I'm self-taught and bootcamp-trained (GoMyCode), finishing a computer science degree, and I work on this full-time.
I'm an early-stage, one-person studio, and I'd rather be upfront about that than pose as a big agency. You get me directly: the person on the discovery call is the person building and maintaining your system.
"Dynamis" is Greek for power and potential. "Flow" is what I turn bottlenecked manual work into.
Questions
Straight answers to what people usually ask first.
With a fifteen-minute call. I ask how the work happens today, and if automation makes sense I'll send a clear scope and price in writing before anything is built.
A simple workflow can be live within days; larger systems take a few weeks. You get a realistic timeline after the audit, not before.
Per project, quoted after the audit so you know the cost up front. If you want me to keep an eye on a system afterwards, monitoring and improvements can be added as a separate, optional arrangement.
Access to the tools involved, a person who knows how the process runs today, and a few real examples to test against. I handle the rest.
I'll tell you before we start. I'd rather say it's new to me and learn it properly than pretend, and you'll see that reflected in how I scope and test it.
Yes to both. Everything is done remotely, and I can work in English or French.
Your workflows run in accounts you control wherever possible, and I only ask for the access a given workflow needs.

A fifteen-minute call is enough to tell whether a workflow is worth automating, and what it would take.
